This cushion feels great on an achy lower back. It relieves a bunch of pressure. It will take some adjusting and getting used to the new position you’ll have to put your seat in. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in the state of my lowered back while driving

Pros:- The lumbar cushion is adjustable. The cushioned centre can be traversed up and down depend ending on which part of the lumbar needs support.- I use it in my car seat and my office chair. It works better on the car seat. It is meant for mid lumbar but does relieve pressure on your lower back depending on how you adjust the support for mid lumbar region.- It is well cushion everywhere. cushion cover is removable for wash.Cons:- Not easy to remove the covers and put the cushions back as they were.- Not meant for lower back. The seat cushion doesn't get low enough to help with the lower back directly.

The sliding adjustable lumbar support is way nicer than I expected. It uses a kind of racheting adjustment. It really helped my lower back pain on a long car trip. It does move you forward a bit so you might have to adjust the angle of the seat.It's medium firm, and quite comfortable.

Almost returned it when I saw the sliding mechanism – looked gimmicky. BOY WAS I WRONG! Drove to Vegas (4 hours) and my usual back stiffness never kicked in. The block stays put once it locks into your natural spine position, and the cooling fabric is a lifesaver in desert heat. Only downside? Now my husband keeps "borrowing" it for his gaming chair!
