I have always felt like the standard 9-42 light gauge strings that are standard on Strats are too light, but the 10-46 set was making it difficult to balance tuning stability with the floating bar and deep bends. Then I saw these 9.5-44 sets and it’s been all good ever since. It has the 44 low E without splitting sets, and the 9.5 is just the perfect amount beefier than the 9 while still being a dream to bend.The tuning stability is excellent, and the durability seems very good. Bright, balanced tone that breaks in well and maintains a bright, snappy attack for at least a week for the average player, YMMV, but the important thing is to keep your hands clean and wipe the strings down after playing. Not being someone who breaks many strings, I have yet to break one after about a dozen sets between two guitars, so I am inclined to say they’re good. Generally I change them once a week, maybe two weeks if I have been away, but they are replaced long before they have lost their tone in most cases. My actual playing time is realistically about 8-10 hours weekly for reference.Ernie Ball strings are the best for storage as well. The sealed metallic pouch is great for an emergency set that you may not use for months, even years, and I have never been let down by Ernie Ball strings after over 30 years of using them on everything most of the time.

I love, LOVE these. I've tried so many different sets of strings and always come back to Ernie Ball Strings. They stay bright for longer & take abuse from hard players to light touches.

こんなゲージが出ていたなんて知りませんでした。微妙なテンションの違いに使用できるのでギブソン系、フェンダー系どちらでも活けますね。良いです。
