The pillow arrived on time and was as described. I wanted it as a lumbar support on the sofa. Worked okay, but was a bit too soft for my back. It is quite small, which works for me 5'3" 130#. If you're larger, you might want to think about a larger pillow. I ended up using it as a headrest for my patio Adarondack chair. Worked perfect!

This item could be a little longer and the support is not quite firm enough because it gets soft with use. The cover is quite useful since it has a handle.

This roll-style support cushion is not worth a buck. The foam inside the “standard firmness” cyindrical support pillow is so low density that the entire product has no real support at all. In fact, it collapses from 4.3” diameter to about 3/4” when you simple squeeze it in your hand, let alone lean back against it. It has no support, on day 1 of testing it. I’m returning it for full refund. I bought two other brand similar size and style roll-supports in same order, so I could compare all three. The original McKenzie lumbar support roll is by-far the most superior.
