TLDR; Would not recommend, handle very stiff, feels cheaply made, not worth it for even the reduced price.I love espresso but I am not someone to buy all the bits and pieces to make the best cup. I got this machine on a discount and I saw some reviews that mention the handle was stiff... The handle takes a lot of pressure to put on and off of the machine where i thought i would break it from the start. The start up took a very long time to purge the air bubbles out which took more than 5 cycles to get it to work. The cup heater works nicely and it does warm the cup. The steamer wand was ok but nothing special. After a few uses i decided i would not want to deal with the rigidity of the handle for the rest of its life and decided to return it on the same day. I would recommend not purchasing this model and go for a different brand.

Very nice machine! I still need to learn how to use it better but it’s a nice machine to start with no experience. Nice and simple design and works great. Good coffee temperature, heats up quickly and extremely easy to clean!

I have had the machine over a month and it works like a charm and easy to clean. I suggest getting a metal handled vessel to steam the milk! It fits well on my counter and doesn’t take up a lot of space! Easy to clean. It was a great purchase! Love my expresso in the morning - it is a great beginner machine or perfect for small spaces

This takes some practice to get used to but it’s a great purchase! It’s sleek and nice looking, the coffee/whatever you decide to make with it, turns out amazing once you get used to operating it. Easy to wipe down, and doesn’t take up too much space on your counter. Happy with the purchase.

This is my 1st espresso machine, so maybe I’m doing something wrong but I read the manual and have watched demo videos. The handle is really hard to move and causes a mess when the grounds spill.This machine is loud. When I first plugged it in it was loud making noises and none of the buttons lit up. After sound 10 min it quitted but it’s still loud while operating and the frother sounds like a toddler screaming no matter how I adjust the wand in the milk.

Confession: I am a lifetime coffee drinker – black (no sugar or cream). I have never had espresso, latte or cappuccino – so I had no idea what they should taste like. I have been using a recognized big-name brand coffee maker and decided to try something new. When I first read the espresso machine instructions, I said, “Huh?”. Well, I followed all the instructions in the very thorough Instruction Booklet. There are detailed “first time” initialization instructions as well as espresso, cappuccino, latte, cleaning, descaling and troubleshooting guides. The plug is a standard polarized two-prong. The kit includes reusable 1-cup and 2-cup ground coffee metal filters – super easy to clean – all parts rinse with warm water except the machine itself. It also includes a measuring cup with ground tamper – tight tamping yields stronger espresso – light tamping yields weaker espresso. There is one control for on/off, 1 cup, 2 cup, steam and a separate control for foam. The top of the machine has a place to warm your drinking cup. The resulting espresso was hot but not boiling – allowing immediate consumption. I am very pleased with this order.Espresso is coffee brewed under pressure (faster than the drip method). Latte is 1/3 espresso and 2/3 milk heated by steam. Cappuccino is 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk and 1/3 very fine foam. This machine successfully created all three versions on my first try for each – a combination of great instructions and an easy-to-use machine.PS: One picture shows a torn Quick Start Guide Card – my fault – I did that when opening the box.
