I’m very happy that there is a variety of cedar products in this package to use in every possible situation. The cedar is strong but not over powering. I ordered another package because I was so pleased.

These cedar blocks have been a great addition to my closets and drawers! I've been looking for a natural way to freshen up my clothes and keep moths away, and these have done the trick.The set comes with 16 cedar blocks, which is plenty to spread around my closet and drawers. I love that they have metal hooks, so I can easily hang them on clothes rods or shelves. The blocks themselves are made from 100% natural cedar wood, and they have a pleasant, fresh scent.I've noticed a significant difference in the freshness of my clothes since I started using these cedar blocks. They also seem to be deterring moths, which is a huge relief. I haven't seen any signs of moths or larvae since I put these in my closets.The set also includes cedar planks with sandpaper, which is a nice touch. Easy to Assemble, came with a circle of sandpaper to freshen the smell of cedar. I think if one sanded each piece, both sides, every 3 months or so these would work well.

This is a great idea for closets or drawers to keep bedding or older fabric items smelling fresher instead of having that old smell that older items end up getting. The problem with these is that they don't have a very strong scent, you have to put it right under your nose to really smell the cedar. It comes with a sand paper piece to rough it up and make the smell stronger but it still isn't as powerful as I had hoped. You do get enough of them to put anywhere you need which is good.

The ESRICH Cedar Blocks are a real nice product that are very useful for repelling moths and a number of other insects such as spiders, ants, and cockroaches. I like these particular small blocks since they hang and fit easily in a closet using the provided hooks that you will need to easily assemble yourself. They can serve a dual purpose without the hooks by placing them in clothes drawers, laundry rooms, etc.The instructions for the ESRICH Cedar Blocks are well spelled out including what I feel to be real important - the mention of sanding them down every so often. I currently have one closet that is completely lined with cedar planks, and about every 3 months I will lightly sand the surface with 100 grit paper to restore the cedar aroma. We live in an environment with a lot of miller moths & wolf spiders. Using cedar really does repel them!The price point for these cedar blocks is very fair for what they accomplish and I feel they would make a very nice, thoughtful gift for loved ones, family, friends, or as a house warming gift.Five stars

My favorite feature of this product is that the blocks and hanging hooks don’t come pre-assembled, so you can choose whether to use them hanging up in your closet or as just the block in a drawer. The blocks do have a pre-drilled hole, so adding the screw-in hook is super easy. I like having the option for both in a single package, because it let me get just one package that worked for both my dresser drawers and my closet. It also includes sandpaper in the package so that when the scent starts to fade, you can refresh it by sanding the block just a bit.

I’ve used cedar planks for years. They do work well to keep the moths away. These arrive with the hangers separate from the cedar, they just screw in. I use them with the hangers in every coat garment bag, and hanging alone in every closet. I use the planks without hangers in cashmere scarf boxes, and every drawer with clothing. The cedar scent isn’t strong, you have to get it right to your nose to know it’s cedar, but it is fresh. I’ve been so happy with the difference my old cedar planks have worked, I had to have more. It will take a season or two to see how well they hold up, but I think they should last a very long time.
