Holds TQ perfectly. Stretches nicely to hold the TQ however you choose to fold it, but has good retention so there’s no worries of it falling out. Also the Velcro secured nicely to your belt.

Super simple yet very well made. Sits well on my duty belt and it doesn't go anywhere. Far more comfortable than the hard kydex type.

This is a great option to hold you TQ. It can be comfortably put just about any where on your belt. I prefer front dominant side of buckle. I don’t, but this could definitely be run on a covert setup with any belt.

The perfect product if you are looking for a simplistic approach to tourniquet storage with rapid deployment on a belt. I like this one compared to the ones that store the tourniquet vertically as they seem to be more comfortable and dig into your abdomen less. Additionally the design allows it to be durable and still protect the tourniquet. It installs in seconds and is the slim and effective option to take.I've recommended it to several people and the consensus has been nothing but positive.

Holds good and does what I need it to do. The mounting straps are Velcro one wrap so it is adaptable to mounting pretty much anywhere. I keep it up front towards the center line on a battle belt since this was relatively unused space anyway and the one wrap is perfectly sized for a clash hook to hang my gloves off of. TQ did shift a little during heavy prone work, but never enough to even come close to losing the TQ. That is to be expected with any elastic retainer.
