I purchased this for my 2006 is250. Each side arrived in a different day. Overall it fits but the fender holes don't align perfectly so I had to make them wider.Overall ok.

Item was a describe its pretty thick not too flimsy may or may not need a lil bit of trimming on the holes but other then that its a pretty solid liners got this for my 07 lexus is250
