it just charge the Li-on battery.
1.If you receive a damaged item by the shipping, Please don't use the damaged item to charge.
2. Please use the products within one year.
3. Please make sure your model's voltage is 100-240V.
4. Please make sure your hands and the plugs are dry.
5. Please don't over charge, it is about 2 to 4 hour for the charging time.
If it is not charging your hover board, it’s likely one of the following reasons:
1. The charger doesn’t fit your hover board, please kindly tell us your hover board's brand and model. We would like to check the compatibility for you.
2. Your battery is broken. As lithium（Li-on） battery has a limited service life. If your battery has been used for over 12 months or unused for 2-3 months, your battery might be broken.
In this situation, the charger LED will show green – no charging as battery is dead. You can test our charger with another device, or check your battery with another charger.
Charger is only suitable for 36V batteries and not for 24V batteries or lower.

Charger Plug

Before purchasing, please check whether the charger plug is suitable. If the charger is damaged during transportation or use, please do not use it. Make sure the charger is in good condition and check whether the batteries to be charged are in good condition or not.
DC interface
Charger is only suitable for 36V batteries and not for 24V batteries or lower.
Please check the Volt of rechargeable batteries and make sure the connector is suitable.
Charging the Bike
1.Be careful not to bundle and squeeze charging wires, prevent breakage, ensure smooth charging, prevent charging in dry places.
2.When charging, please keep the outlet in the bike. Do not pull it out halfway until it is full.
3.Keep children away from touching and playing to prevent accidents

Stay away from this product. I bought it for a replacement battery charger for my scooter and upon arrival, out of the package, the device was defective. Never worked. The green light never changed red. Nor was there ever any inclination of a charge started.Update!!!!I take back what I said about this company it happened to be that my battery pack was already dead from the years of use. Wasn't aware they have 2 to 3 year lifespan. So I'm sorry for the earlier review. Research is everything nowadays. Good product to buy. I say if your battery pack isn't older than 3 years and hasn't been sitting in a storage for over a year then this would be the perfect option for a replacement charger.

Works perfectly for the Segway Ninebot MAX G30LP. No problems with the light, although it didn't come on when fully charged, I wiggled the cord at the wall outlet and that turned it green, Not a big issue, considering it works and fits the charge plug outlet. Fast charge too, I had 0% battery, wouldn't even turn on, fully charged in under 1-1/2 hours. Totally pleased. It is a little smaller than one would imagine being a 42V charger.
