I used to have a narrow cot that I took on camping trips. I used this once and will never go back. Way more room on these and even enough to comfortably turn over. Pairs great with an extra wide sleeping bag!

This cot ia VERY NICE and sturdy, but once you get it out of the bag it is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to get it to go back in.....they definitely need to look at how Cabela's designed their bag instead.

gets you off the ground, its wide and long, VERY HEAVY unit packed in its bag.however it rocks top to bottom, not side to side, there is nothing to stabilize it lengthwise so it rocks whenever you move.Biggest issue is the sagging in the middle, I like a flat bed, since it sags your head ends up elevated more than the rest of your body since the cross bar at the head end limits sag in this area....I had to cut several foam pieces with varying widths to flatten it out , costs mw an extra $200 for that !!also one of the canvas loops around part of the frame got caught & tore when i was setting it up.I will probably just build my own cot now.

I like everything about this cot, its build quality and over-size make it the perfect cot for me. It is comfortable and I couldn't be happier that I bought this.

We had an expensive inflatable bed but it didn't last very long before it started going flat. This XXL cot is way better than a cold air mattress on the floor! It is about twin sized and very sturdy, easy to put together, and comes with a storage bag. Please note - the zipper is there to release the tension when putting it together and taking it apart. We have used it several times and everyone says it is a very comfortable cot. We put a twin XXL light weight foam pad on it, a sheet, pillow and a camping blanket. This is much easier and faster to set up than a air mattress. . . and easier to get out of!!

I have 3 of these now and about to purchase a fourth. Best cot I’ve owned. I’m 6’-3 and 265 lbs. I took these camping while rafting the kern river and in Mammoth. Held up amazingly. Very big, big enough to fit my big self. Comfy to me without any padding. No issues at all. A bit tough to put in last cross bar, but that is the point. It provides tension to the fabric. All good. Just a little force and it goes right on. Also I love the side pocket for my keys and phone while asleep. My 8 year old uses it every weekend when we camp out I. The living room. He loves it. Highly recommend!!!

I bought to put my Exped Megamat Max15 air mattress atop for when camping and visiting my daughter who has no spare bed available. Gets me up off the floor, and at 63, that means a lot. It is also cheaper and more convenient than a hotel room.I own a military cot, and this cot is similar in design and function, but significantly bigger. It easily accommodates my oversized Exped 15 air mattress in both length and width with room to spare. The construction is heavy duty, and the zipper added at the foot makes setup and takedown a breeze. The military version has no zipper to assist and setup can be difficult when trying to stretch the fabric and connect the second tension bar at the end. I am so impressed that I am going to buy a second cot and air mattress for my wife.I highly recommend this cot!

It is fairly light weight and folds down to a size that easily fits in a closet or trunk of a car. We've only used it a couple of times so the bars are still a little stiff. I got my teens to put it together for me and they had no problems. My brother who is 6'2 found it comfortable. I am 6' and a bit chubby. When I tested it, there was lots of room for me to turn over, plenty of room for a pillow and foot room. It is very wide though. I'm not sure it will fit it our tent, but I would rather get a new tent than deal with a cot that is too small and I am getting too old too sleep on the floor. I am hoping to use it for camping but so far have only used it for guests. Very happy with the purchase so far. Finally a cot for people over 6 feet!

My daughter comes to visit, and I live in a 1 bd apartment. So I just pull this out and set it up in the living room, takes less than 5 minutes to set up, and very comfortable.

I liked the size of this cot. It is 7 feet long and extra wide with plenty of room for side sleepers. It sits up high off the ground so you don't have to crawl out of it. Suit cases or other gear easily fit under the cot leaving the tent floor clear for walking/standing. It is a bit heavy to carry at 27lbs, but is also sturdy. It took a while to figure out how to set the top bar. The zippered opening is very helpful. To set the top bar: put the bar in place over the connector as much as possible. Then pushed down with firm weight with one hand on the inside of the bar while simultaneously pushing firmly ACROSS with the other hand from the outside. Once I got this down, it was pretty easy. I did have some difficulty getting the top part zipped after both bars were both in place. Upon rolling it over, I discovered that the cot fabric side was actually sewen into the zipper making it too tight to zip. I simply cut out about 2 stitches to free up the zipper a bit, then stitched it by hand back down a little lower so that it does not attach to the zipper anymore. Once the zipper was freed from the cot stitching, it zipped up nicely. This is a comfortable cot that I can now put up easily in 3 minutes. It has the strength of an army cot, but way easier to put up because of the zipper top design.

4.5/5 👌🏼 Fits our 5'6" model and my 6'-0" husband. The frame is sturdy and less than 5 minutes to assemble, the canvas has a bit of give and I recommend using a thin air mattress on top of the cot for added comfort. Our model says she could even just sleep on it by itself it's so comfy. It does have slight horizontal movement when changing sleep positions but is not nearly as much movement as an airbed. The height is nice, but short humans would have a slight challenge getting off of it because the fabric sinks down lower than the frame. The canvas is tight enough where it doesn't permit the crossbars below to bother the user, even when I am over 300lbs. Glad I bought two, goodbye forever to double-height air beds for camping! Excellent value and would recommend.

Sturdy enough to use for one camping trip. Frame holds up but the mesh bed wears out fast. Also buy a mattress to go with it. Your back will thank you later. All that said, had I had thus back during my camping in the wilderness days I'd of loved it until the mesh bedding gave out. Take TRex tape with you just in case.
