These tongs are very sturdy, and well made. They're a bit stiff, but that's because they're made so well. I use mine for incense burning. I use them to hold the easily ignited charcoal discs, then I place an incense cone on top of the burning charcoal disc, and they definitely keep me from getting burned! A great tool, for almost any use. I highly recommend these!

These are well made and ideal for helping to carefully position loaded kebabs onto a grill or making sure that delicate veggies are appropriately grilled without being lost between the grates.

These tweezers are well made, solid, and heavy. Typically, the cheaper ones have burrs from the stamping process. This one is actually flawless. I purchased these tweezers because I hate those gloves. I can highly recommend this product.

It actually is no surprise that these are great quality. I figured that Heston Blumenthal would not put his name on anything which was not terrific quality, and I was not wrong. The treezers are very solid and give you a firm grip and precision. They have a silicone grip so that if the metal gets hot your hands do not. I find these a bit short for grilling, but we use charcoal, not an electric or propane grill. For those, these ought to work fine. For charcoal. I would go for the larger set.I had a set of forceps which my father had given me, which was one of my favorite kitchen tools. My husband started cooking, and they are now nowhere to be found, but these will replace them nicely. I like them for cooking indoors too, when things which are small/ narrow and close together need to be flipped, or retrieved from the pan/ oven... I actually would love a set of these for my glass studio, because they have such a solid grasp, better even than pro glass tools. I may have too buy a second set for my studio. My husband assumed that is where these were headed, but our daughter works under 2 of his proteges, or did until all of the restaurants were forced to close... so I know that she would appreciate having these in the kitchen.Very well made, solid stainless, good firm grip in a precise tool.

These Everdure grilling tongs/tweezers by Heston Blumental are heavy-duty, smooth-edged, quality-made, and comfortable to hold. Not only that, but they simply look modern and sleek. They require a bit of hand strength to hold closed, so those with grasping or hand-strength issues may need another style. These seem as if they will last a lifetime and they’re definitely awesome at letting me arrange individual bacon slices on my 36” Blackstone griddle.
