it's not a bad item but not by any means worth the price tag it feels cheap and when you close it up you have to tweak it a little to get it latched you'd think for that kind of money it would feel not a cheap and line up perfect

Great case for the price and the only complaint I have is when I got it the box sat in the sun for a while and when I opened it the EVH logo came off but I was able to stick it back on no problem.

to the ones complaining that there is no cover over the storage areas, take a look at the lid. The lid foam is designed so that when the case is closed, it completely seals off the storage areas making it impossible for items to float around inside the case. This fits my Frankie well and seems well made. i would knock off 1/2 star if I could for the latches, the seem ok but if they were metal I would be more comfortable about their durability.

Nice case that holds my new Frankie Relic perfectly. Wish it had a closed compartment like the Wolfgang case has.

Agree with other reviewers. While a cool case with the striped details in the hardshell, it does not accurately fit the Frankie striped series. And without a cover, the tremolo bar is free to possibly float around the case along with any picks or tools that you would normally keep there.For $1899, the Frankie should come with a custom sculpted case in my opinion.. But even if they force us to buy the case separately, the case should fit this guitar like a glove.

This striped series case is great! It fits my 5150 perfectly. The only issue is a small one. There's no compartment to keep your tremolo bar or anything else in place. There's an open area for the items, but they'll just flop around inside. But this is a great, sturdy case and I fo highly recommend it!

Only really works with the real EVH series, but not strat copys or Wolfgangs.
