Regular access to a recognizable source of drinking water helps prevent illnesses related to dehydration and will improve your animal's overall health.

This is the most horrible system I have ever seen!!! You charge so much money for such a horrible product!!! It works without problems outside the terrarium, but as soon as I put it in the terrarium, it stops working!!!! You are mocking people🤬 Why are you selling this horror for so much money😱In order for this misunderstanding to work, I need to come up with something to raise it higher😤 We had to replace the engine with another one.🥺

Bought to help keep out new chameleon hydrated. It's a pretty easy setup and works effectively. I'll perhaps include a video later of it working. Ours is attached to a smart plug to give it a separate timing from the main lights and heat.
Super fint! Presic som på bild!

I finally decided to try out the pump on my dripper plant. After reading reviews I was prepared that it wasn't going to work so I didn't mess with it. The pump was only an extra, I was fully planning to use this with my regular dripper and let it drip down the leaves so my chameleon could get his water more naturally. After submersing the pump and plugging it in, I was disappointed that it would not pump the water up through the plant part of the unit, it seemed not to have enough power to pump it so high. I then played with the height of the plant, and found that if you lowered the plant to where the bottom leaf drips back into the container the pump is in then it works perfectly. I will have to find something a heavy duty screen or something to protect my chameleon from dropping down into the container with the pump, but now that I figured out the balance that part should be easily fixed.

Many reviewers talk about the difficulty setting up and the low power pump.Of course the lower power pump is necessary to DRIP a low water volume, it not designed to be a fountain.I have two of these units, the culprit seems to be the flow rate adjustment valve.I solved mine by opening the valve all the way (and while off of the pump and hoses) run a small drill bit through it opening it up. Probably a small nail or any solid object could do the same thing.I have done this to both of mine with success.Replacing the valve inline, full open, I plug in the pump. It now starts every time I need to (placement, cleaning). The small foam filter in the pump has no effect on volume.Once it flows then I adjust the drip rate.

Très bon produit. La pompe fonctionne très bien. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires disant qu'elle n'est pas assez puissante. (La pompe doit être immergée TOTALEMENT pour que ça fonctionne..).

*Update: the fountain did start working. I left it plugged in sitting in the water source and after several hours it started to drip extremely slowly then finally picked up speed.I am updating also to say this was purchased so we could take a weekend vacation leaving the chameleon with water. For that purpose it worked and does keep the habitat at about 50% moisture. As soon as I was notified my original post went live I came to update it. I want to be fair to the company.Original frustration post: “The product didn’t last 2 months. It started out fine then went to a dribble then stopped completely today. Useless. I am furious that this cost as much as it did and now no longer works.“

This product had some ups and downs for me. It comes in good packaging, and the pump works ok. It is pretty finicky to actually get water to flow, and you have to resort to a weird trick. Basically, whenever you turn on the pump, disconnect it from the fountain, and wait for it to clear the bubbles. Then you can connect it back to the fountain. That trick has worked every time. I use it with a crested gecko, and he really likes drinking the water. You do have to clean it often though, as it gets pretty slimy. If you see reduced water flow, you need to clean the little water tube. I usually use a pipe cleaner. Also, this product is totally not worth the $40 it is sold for. I bought it on Prime day, as it was on sale for $27. It is worth the money at that price, but is way overpriced at $40. Overall my gecko likes it and it works fine.
