This product worked great however there are no instructions to install. I read this online from another customer that worked: remove screws from each side of the track, there should be one on each side. Use a rubber hammer to bang at each side in opposite directions until enough of the track comes loose. Slide out the old clamp and slide in the new. Then just rubber hammer it back into place and screws back in. Hope this helps.

Worst purchase every clips are very cheap and they don’t even hold on tight , not happy at all would not recommend this to anyone .
