I recently purchased the Hood LED from Amazon, and while my experience with the packaging and delivery was satisfactory, I am disappointed with the product's performance.Firstly, the packaging was secure and well-designed, ensuring the product arrived without any damage. The delivery was prompt, living up to the reliable service I've come to expect from Amazon.However, after installing the Hood LED, I noticed that a couple of the LEDs did not work. This was quite disheartening as I expected a fully functional product right out of the box. The installation process was straightforward, but the malfunctioning LEDs significantly detract from the overall experience.As for the durability and long-term performance of this product, I am unable to comment at this time. The initial malfunction raises concerns about the quality and longevity of the Hood LED.Overall, while the delivery and packaging were excellent, the product itself has left me with mixed feelings due to the immediate issues with some of the LEDs. I hope this is an isolated incident, but prospective buyers should be aware of this potential issue.

Light did not work after installing, rechecked all contacts and only portion of strip lit up. Clearly internal wiring was faulty, would not purchase these lights in future..

I liked the color, how easy it was to install and how nice it made my car look. What I didn't like us that 2 weeks after I installed the light strip, it completely stopped working and it won't work anymore, so now I have to remove it from my car. I'm not very happy with the quality of the functioning. I'd ask for a replacement or a refund but I don't know how, so I'm stuck with a non working light strip.

Installed it to a switch, mounted it on the front of the car. Thought the sweep was pretty cool. And the entire sections stopped working completely or they started strobing. Not generally a good practice to have strobing white lights on your car even if its a malfunctioning product , without a legal reason to have strobes. Sure i could stop every 10 minutes while driving somewhere and poke at the blinky parts until they start working again but i think we all know its a losing battle. I suppose i got what i paid for.

Item was great for about 75 days then one time opening the hood it pulled apart and pulled the led light strip out of its housing. Of course it's outside of Amazon's chincy 30 day return window. These products are not made to last sadly 😪edit: after talking to the company they sent a replacement no questions asked. Great customer service
