Your cart is empty.The Extreme Max Deluxe Flip-Up Dock Ladder is truly the premier dock ladder on today's market. Constructed from high quality aluminum with stainless steel hardware, this ladder is designed to withstand any element a marine environment can dish out. When not in use, flip the ladder to the upright position to help stop damage and lake scum buildup. When upright, two locking pins hold the ladder securely out of the water until its next use. The ladder's 18" wide x 5.5" deep steps and 20° angle are comfortable on your feet and body, while the oversized top step (18" wide x 11" deep when folded down) delivers a sturdy platform for entering and exiting the water. Intended for use in freshwater applications; oxidation may occur in brackish and saltwater. The Deluxe Flip-Up Ladder with Welded Step Assembly is available in 4-Step (3005.3913), 5-Step (3005.3916), and 6-Step (3005.3919) versions. Due to the wide variety of surfaces to which the ladder may be mounted, mounting hardware is not included. Ladder contains four mounting holes requiring 1/2" or 12 mm hardware.

Refurbished our dock this year and went for an upgrade on the ladder. Easy to install, sturdy and the slight incline makes it easier for old folks (me) to climb up.

We installed this on our pontoon to help seniors get into the pontoon easily. It’s so far working great. The only issues we have is we need it to sit a bit higher out of the water. We believe we can fix this by using solid blocks to raise this. Also the pins on the ladder wouldn’t match up and are to low. We ended up taking the pins off and using a bungee cord to hold up. We really like the ladder so we felt it was well worth this!

The design of this folding ladder is exceptional. Fully-welded stair assembly with well-placed weep holes. Only six screws are needed to assemble it. Nice angle to the ladder, with wide steps for comfort. Looks good closed or open.

We replaced our 3-step dock ladder with this 4-step ladder. Much better quality than our old one. Cost a good bit more but ever so worth it. We feel safer on this one. We like the stair-like steps, so much easier to get in and out of the water. This ladder has nice wide steps, plus the top one is double depth. Also this one's handles are about 10" taller than our old ladder from the dock floor, great for older or unsteady people. So glad we splurged on this one, also with the welded steps. Bottom steps raise and lower easily, but we will definitely be attaching a rope to make it easier to pull up out of the water faster. We are more graceful getting out of the water. My husband put it together quickly. Very happy!

Excellent ladder only thing that could of been better would be to have some type of rope or cable to pick The ladder back up. It’s hard to do with one person if you do not have a rope. But over all I still give it a five. Steps are wide and very sturdy.

It’s very similar ladder in a dock store off the 400, I think it’s the same factory in china that makes this one. It’s almost half the price.This one is the welded one. Have not installed it yet it’s fall. Did a lot of research think this one is the best for the money.
