The Eylar 48” inch Mil-Spec elite protective rifle hard case is designed to secure your rifles for transport or storage. Two low profile reinforced solid roller wheels allow quick and effortless transport of the heaviest loads. Check rifles safely with TSA on flights as we have designed this case to meet TSA’s strict requirements for firearm transport on airplanes in the USA (TSA luggage lock fittings). Three folding, crushproof drag handles for rolling and hand carrying. Injection molded from reinforced high-pressure polypropylene plastic that is waterproof and crushproof. Adaptive pressure equalization valve to release built up air pressure allowing for atmospheric compensation when transported at high / low altitudes and within cargo vacuums. A waterproof seal is formed when the case is latched closed applying pressure to a rubber gasket that is molded to the perimeter of the case. Fully submerged waterproof protection for up to 1 meter. Resistant to extreme heat and freezing cold with a working temperature range of -20° F (-29 ° C) to 140° F (60 ° C). This hard gun case comes with 3 layers of foam designed to keep your valuables and rifles firmly in place: 1 fully customizable pull & pluck cubed foam layer, 1 solid bottom foam layer and 1 layer of egg-crate foam padding for the lid. Four press & pull snap latches secure the full length of the 48” inch long case. Fit up to two rifles securely with an inner storage area of: 46.1" x 13.4" x 5.5” inches. Two pad lock adaptable fittings allow for secure storage at home or on the go. Featuring edge to edge crushproof protection up to 3,000 lbs. of directly dispersed weight. Uniform ridges on the top and bottom create a in line stackable design for multi case transport.
1/4" Padlock Hasps
Secure valuables inside this case by adding padlocks to the 1/4" padlock hasps.
Pressure Equalization Valve
Open the pressure valve to allow captured air pressure to equalize when traveling at different altitudes.
Foam Padding Included
Includes 1 layer of customizable cubed foam, 1 egg-crate top layer, and 1 bottom liner padding layer.

Flew to South Africa with a rifle in the case. It survived the best attempts of the baggage handlers to Destry it. It was a little scratched up, but that happens.Then the case bounced along in the back of a High Lux for 4 hour on the way to the camp.

Heavy duty plastic hinges and four latches make this a great container. The two lock positions have metal reinforcements. Plenty of foam padding on the inside.

It is made in china so the locking holes don’t line up very well and the pluck foam is poor quality. But a nice size for 2 medium hole punchers or 2 long punchers no optics. It’s quite heavy empty and with 2 punchers, it’s a 5 gal paint bucket weight. The outside texturing and color is attractive, strong hinges, heavy duty clamps and an overall nice package.

Great case. At a reasonable price. Couldn’t find a archery hard case for my Oneida Black Eagle, this one fits perfectly.

Maybe not as a good as a Pelican( I own the version of this one) but fairly close. I air traveled with 2 Rifles and they made it through ok. The only minus is the pluck foam. I'd rather have a solid piece and carve it myself.

My husband loves that this case protects his rifle and that it has wheels so he can move the case easily-- lots of foam cushioning to protect the scope as well as rifle

I was a little apprehensive at first since I was looking at the more expensive brands. I found that the quality is on par or better than the more expensive brands as well. I am using this to store and transport expensive and antique swords. This was so much better than the cheap and flimsy boxes that sword dealers sell. What is even better this is lockable, with wheels, multiple handles, includes easy to use foam cushioning and is TSA compliant. The FDE color looks great.I will be buying more for my firearms.You guys hit this out of the ball park.
