Very impressed for the price. Easy to setup, and gets you close to target off the get go.

Works as advertised. Easy and versatile. Will save $$ on shells getting close to bullseye without firing. Will still have to shoot and tweak to get dead on. Quality and good battery life. Has many other uses, only limited by your imagination. Used it to align studs when framing.

Over all the product looks good and well built. But for the accuracy of lining up the bore. It wiggles to much. Better off using and buying the bore bullet for sighting in. They are on point.

The product is great for adjusting any rifle. Although there is an adapter apparently suitable for a .12Ga shotgun, it is still loose in the cannon which is definitely not the ideal solution. Note this product is no different from the others I’ve tried so far, but at a cheaper/acceptable price point. I will keep it anyway.

Bought this because my wife wanted a red dot on her EDC. Problem was, I had to get a base plate to install the red dot. Not sure about all plates but this one was not milled to fit perfectly. First time to the range I couldn't zero it because it was so far off paper. After bringing it home and readjusting plate and red dot, went back to the range and it was still so far off there wasn't a chance in hell it was gonna work. It was better but was still a couple feet off paper. So I bought this and using this laser bore sight got me within 5" off zero and got it zeroed with only 4 rounds. Life saver. Now this won't get you perfectly at zero, but close enough that with only a couple clicks and rounds, you will be dead on. After that I decided I could finally change some prism sights and red dots on my other guns. It worked great on my AR9, AR15, and Rossi RS22. The most it took for any of them to zero was 6 rounds. One @ 100yrds the other 2 @ 50 yrds. Wife's EDC was zeroed in @15 yrds. This laser bore sight is worth it's weight in gold. Save yourself some money in rounds, time and frustration and just get this thing. Only con is this particular bore sight will not work on compact or subcompact handgun. Would not work on a Sig P365 with a 3.1" barrel.

If you need one you can't imagine not having one, and if you don't need one, you can't imagine why anyone would need one. That is the same for any specialty tool. It applied the same whether it is the in the Kitchen, the Garage, or the Armory. If you are building your first, or a few, or many "point & shoot interfaces" or "semi-auto paper hole punches", this is a vital tool to bring your work on target. One way to check if it is reliable is to slowly rotate it, once it is in optimal position, to see if the laser remains on target. If it does, then it is set straight. To check if it will be dependable, is to feel if it is solid. Any loose parts that rattle around inside? No very solid. Is the barrel insert rigid? Yes. When you have to place or replace the battery, does it close firmly and consistently? Yes, it threads smoothly and seals. This one comes with two batteries. Which means nothing, until you are at the range and the battery you intended to use, fails. Then the thoughtfulness of the second battery is realized, and the slot in the case to hold it, is a great reminder to pick up another one on your way back from the range. It includes adapters to fit every bore size I'll ever use.It has both red and green lasers. for some Red is a hard color to see, and in some conditions one color will work better than another, especially if you are trying to align a "Red Dot" sight. To insure the laser aligns with the bore, set the adapter to slide easily into barrel with just a little fiction. Once seated all the way in, twist the laser body to tighten the screw for the adapter, that will expand the adapter and accurately center it with the bore.Be accurate when choosing your ideal sight/target distance. The path of the projectile discharged from your weapon will always be an arc, starting lower than, then rising above, your line of sight. Ideally, your sights will intersect the arc of the bullet 2 times. The second time should be at the target. If the target you are using, to sight in the mighty boomstick, is closer, or farther away, than your scopes intended sight distance, all other sighting calculations will be wrong. If this paragraph is confusing, please get more information before you proceed. One last piece of advice that I imagined when I was explaining the device to my kids. "Remove the laser from the weapon and place it back in the case... before chambering and firing a round."

Overall, I’m pleased with this device. I’ve used it on a couple different rifles with success. Even at 50 yards, I still needed to make major adjustments after using the bore sight. However, these are not designed to be 100% accurate so I’m overall happy. One thing that could be better is the different size attachments. I had to use lower caliber attachments to fit my gun. Overall, the laser is strong and I will definitely use this device often!

Unit was never dropped and kept in the box except when used. No misuse at all. Just didn't work anymore. At first I figured the batteries died but tried new, fresh batteries and still no light. It worked great the first couple times, then it sat a while (with battery OUT of the unit so NO, the battery didn't explode or leak inside the unit) as I am not constantly checking my scopes and sights. I bought another bore sighter since this one didn't work and tried the batteries in that one (they took the same ones) and magically the batteries worked in the new one. Maybe I got a bad one but either way I wasted my money. I would have reached out but like I said it was well after I bought it so I didn't want to go through the frustration of them likely telling me it was no longer under warranty if there even is one.

I thought this was just a gimmicky tool, but it actually works very well to at least get you on paper. It's very well built and can fit almost all bores. It's not meant to zero for you, but meant to get you pretty darn close. I'm zeroing in no more than 3 shots. This tool helped save a lot of hard-earned money on multiple calibre cartridges. The laser is pretty clear out to 50 yards. Can't speak to anything beyond that yet, but will update when I do. Just get it, you won't be sorry. Great product. Save ammo!

Wish I would have bought one of these years ago. So easy to use and it is accurate . Checked it out by turning it 90 degrees and checking to see it anything moved. Nope it stays right on . Good quality. Much better than using the breach type . The selection of inserts is about all you will ever need. Suggest the green laser, it shows up even in bright sunlight, where as the red washes out. I got the green and it is really bright, green is worth the few dollars more.
