This strap works perfectly for a pontoon. The only downside is you do need to install the strap instead of just snapping it on.

Well made and easy to install. It’ll keep you from falling overboard when you’re trying to pull the ladder up... unless you’re drunk. Then plan on getting wet and ending up in a viral video
