I received today all parts.The Toughfit F4 Smith Machine is a fantastic addition to my home gym! The build quality is solid, providing excellent stability and smooth movement for all exercises. My wife and I bought this smith machine in particular because the overall height was just a bit lower than other brands, but that is what we needed to fit our space perfectly. Even with the tight fit in our space, I’m 6’2” and I don’t have any issues or feel like it needs to be any bigger. My wife is 5’5” and hasn’t had any issues with the machine either then having to use a platform to stand on to get the smith bar low enough for dead lifts. We have been using it nearly every day for 2-1/2 weeks and are extremely happy with it. It arrived in 3 large boxes and assembly was straightforward. The build quality is excellent for a home gym, and everything is very easy to use and adjust. The best part about the purchase has been the seller. A few attachments were missing from the original shipment, but the seller shipped over the missing items within a few days. Overall I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this rack to a friend.

The shipping was fast. The companies customer service is amazing. I had a few missing items and they shipped them quickly. The machine is a monster and will take two people to put together. Once completed you will enjoy this machine. This is one of the best fitness machines I’ve ever owned.

I ordered this rack because the steel thickness is thicker gauge than other racks so it’s a sturdier build, also when I ordered this when it got delivered by FedEx they only deliver 2 boxes and said that was full order I asked FedEx about the other boxes and they said it was delivered, I contacted toughfit and not only did they inform there are multiple boxes but they supplied me with all shipping details and delivery times for the other boxes as well. They responded very quickly and were very informative on my order, the rack itself has sturdy steel and uprights feels all in all good quality built and instruction are very detailed, would buy more products from this company

I’ve been using the Tough Fit F4 Smith Machine for a lot, and it’s been a game-changer in my home gym setup. This thing is built like a tank. The steel uprights and overall stability are impressive—no wobbling or shaking, even during heavy lifts. It feels like the kind of equipment you'd find in a commercial gym.The adjustable fly slider is a nice touch. I’ve tried a few machines where adjusting heights was either clunky or required both hands, but here it’s smooth and super easy. It’s convenient when transitioning between exercises, especially during cable work. The upgraded handles feel premium, and everything moves seamlessly without that annoying jarring you get on cheaper machines.What I really love is the cable crossover system. The pulleys and cables are high-quality, so there’s no resistance or uneven pull when you're using them. Whether it’s for chest flyes or lat pulldowns, the range of motion feels great, and it allows for a lot of versatility in workouts.The pull-up bar design is solid too. I’m a big fan of the rubber grips—they don’t slip, even when I’m sweaty, and the spacing feels right for different grip styles.It also comes with a ton of accessories, which I didn’t realize I’d appreciate as much as I do. The J-hooks and landmine attachment have been especially useful for mixing up my workouts.
