I almost hesitate to review this palette for fear that it will be sold out next time I need/want one! It snaps shut tightly. I already ordered a second one. The plastic wells are smooth and evenly spaced. The lid and base provide tons of mixing space. If you want a small palette, I highly recommend this one. Size is approximately 8.5 inches by 5 inches

I use this palette almost exclusively now. I set up the colors I want to use and they stay damp (if I remember to close the cover). For some reason, my pan paints dry SUPER fast (like before I can finish painting a small card), but this palette allows me to mix some water drops back in and continue where I left off. If I remember to close the lid when I walk away, the paint will stay damp for hours. There's minor evaporation, but it's much better than starting over again - a quick spritz from a spray bottle wakes them up again. When I'm done with certain colors, it's super easy to clean out the unused wells for the next round.

I was using a small metal palette that closed and kept paint moist for about two days. I wanted plastic, and a larger size, with bigger bins for paints. It’s fine on those points.I thought I read all reviews, I guess not. It arrived just before Christmas, I put some Hansa yellow in it to try it out. It dries out ASAP. The 1” sponge dries out too. The lid seems warped. One clamp already won’t close, another is difficult to open. And the wet watercolors pool up where you can barely tell what it is. I feel like even though it has paint in it, I should be able to exchange it, or get a credit. Definitely Not Worth the cost!!

I needed a palette to travel to classes. This palette didn’t leak at the bottom of my bag but still kept my paint moist.

I really hoped this would work. It’s compact, and well laid out. I like how the wells are sloping and deep. Paint stays wet longer. You can carry paint brushes in it. However, if acrylic paint dries in the wells, it doesn’t come out. I ruined mine trying to get the paint out. Perhaps there is a chemical and a chisel that I can use, but I’m not going to waste my time trying to clean it. Too bad. Don’t buy a watercolor tray for your acrylics!

Beautiful. Good price and sturdy frame. I’ll use this at home and just need To close out my cats. Plenty of mixing and water space. Too large tray areas. 18 pan areas plenty for me. Good space to squeeze out watercolor from my tubes. I am truly happy. I love a decent product at a decent price!

I really liked this product. As a beginner, I am finding out more every day about what products will help me to enjoy my painting efforts. This product is leak proof and the paint stays soft for a long time. Would have liked the blending trays to be smaller as I only mix small amounts each time, but generally, it is a good buy.

This is a great tray to use and mix water colors in. It has lots of different sizes which is great to decide how big of an area that you need. I have also used acrylic paint in the bigger areas. I'm sure if would work for other types of paints as well. It is easy to rinse off and clean. It packs up nicely. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs some pallet space for painting.

I like this a lot. Its compact and you can save paint and use it next time.It comes with a moisture sponge too. I havent used that with it yet, but intend to someday.Good quality

Like the palette, it is compact, and so far seals so the paint doesn't leak out of the case. There isn't a sealed barrier between each pot, so should be carried flat. I will be getting a couple more so I can have each one a colour range, depending on where I am, and the colours I need.

I like that you can save the paint on your palette and not waste it. It really works and paint doesn’t dry it when you use the wet sponge
