DONGKER Fan speed control module can automatically adjust the speed of fan according to the actual temperature. When the temperature is too low, it can made the fan stop running,easy wiring, and adjustable PWM fan speed.

Button Instruction:

1>."+"/"-" button

At run time, the button is used to switch the display.When parameter setting, the button is used to increase/decrease the value.

2>."OK" button

2.1>.When working, tap to enter the manual speed control settings.The range of it is 1~99.99(%).Tap again to save and then exit this mode.

2.2>.When working, press longer to enter the temperature settings.You can modify the parameter by tap "+"/"-" button.Tap "OK" button again to switch the setting project.Then set acceleration temperature, full-speed temperature and closing temperature.Finally tap "OK" button again to save and then exit this mode.

2.3>.In power off, press "OK" button longer to enter function settings.You can modify the parameter by tap "+"/"-" button.Tap again to save and then exit this mode.

2.4>.In power off, press "OK" button longer to enter minor settings.It is used to modify the output direction of PWM.The output direction can be divided into two, forward and reverse; shown as "P 1" and "p-1".Tap "OK" button again to save and then exit this mode.

1>.Three digtal tube:To display parameters and numerical values.

2>.LED"×10 RPM":It is the speed light. The value is one-tenth of the fan speed.

3>.LED"℃":It is the temperature indicator light. It displays the actual temperature measured by the probe.

4>.LED"RUN":It is the running indicator light. It turns on when the fan is running and turns off when it stops.

Temperature Parameter Description:

1>.Acceleration temperature("L**" *represent the number)

1.1>.The range of it is 5~94.

1.2>.If the actual temperature is more than acceleration temperature, PWM output pulse increase.

2>.Full-speed temperature("H**")

2.1>.The range of it is 10~99.

2.2>.If the actual temperature is more than full-speed temperature, PWM output pulse reach 100%.

2.3>.The fan rotate at the fastest speed.

3>.Closing temperature("C**")

3.1>.The range of it is 0~92.

3.2>.If this value is above zero, the equipment will shut down the fan at low temperatures.

3.3>.If the actual temperature is less than closing temperature, the fan and PWM will turn off at the same time.

3.4>.After shutdown, if the temperature continues to rise to acceleration temperature, the fan restarts.

3.5>.However, if this value is zero, the equipment will not shut down the fan at low temperatures.

Steuert meine 5 Lüfter ohne Probleme. Die Einstellung ist etwas trickreich, aber hier in den Bewertungen gibt es eine gute Anleitung.

Heute kam das Teil und ich habe es sofort mit 2 ARCTIC F14 PWM PST CO ausprobiert. Eine Beschreibung ist - wo leider so häufig bei den fernöstlichen Produkten - leider nur in den Rezensionen zu finden. Nach längerem Drücken von 'OK' wird man quasi durch alle Einstellungen zwangsgeführt. Ist selbsterklärend. Bei mir war gleich der 1. Versuch erfolgreich. Die 2 o.a. Lüfter liefen langsam an und steigerten die Drehzahl gleichmäßig über das programmierte Temperaturfenster. Das Display zeigt im Betrieb die Temperatur und die Drehzahl (ohne die letzte Stelle) im Wechsel an. Die eingestellten Werte blieben nach Aus/Ein erhalten. Das Sensorkabel ist leider nur ca. 41cm lang.Es wäre schön, wenn es diese Schaltung auch mit einem Einbaurahmen gäbe, so dass man es in ein Bedientableau einbauen könnte.Ich würde es wieder kaufen!!!Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.Update 15.2.2025Im ersten Praxiseinsatz mit abschließenden Temp-Einstellarbeiten ergaben sich folgende Restriktionen:- Die Temperatur, ab der die max. Drehzahl erreicht wird ('H'), müssen mindestens 5°C über der Einschalttemperatur 'L' liegen.- Die Abschalttemperatur 'C' muss mindestens 2°C unterhalb der Einschalttemperatur 'L' liegen.

No instructions however quick search and video found on how to configure it. Works well and has given me peace of mind from overheating of power supplies in my controller box . All good and safe now thanks to the seller.
