It was incredibly snug for some reason when I put it on but now it won’t come out at all!!!Absolutely useless junk! I’d ask for a refund but you can’t get it out!I have had others and they worked just fine out of that receiver opening so it is definitely this insert.

Buyer beware! This item is a piece of junk. It looked great when I first got it. Within a month rust started to appear and it has only gotten worse. (See picture) I get it, it's metal and it rains in Oregon but it should be weatherized better than it is. Cheap metal, you've been warned...
