My horses try to rub off every mask. This one doesn’t bother them much and it stays on.It doesn’t seem to block their vision at all.The only problem is the regular size is too small and the extra large is too big for one horse. I modified the XL to fit him better.Very durable. I’ve had one on a pony for 2 years so far and it’s still in great condition.

I finally looked on Amazon and found the fly mask brand my parents bought back in the day. I have a 24 year old Thoroughbred who will NOT wear masks that cover his ears. Perfect fit and is much better made than the Absorbine ones.

Good quality! The medium fits my mare great. She had a petite head and the Velcro isn’t too long. I ordered a second one for my other mare who is bigger knowing it would be a little on the small side for her. There isn’t a large size and I know the extra large would be way too big. So if they get the large in stock I would definetly order one of those.

This is the best fly mask I've found. It stays out of the horse's eyes, is easy to put on, and is nearly indestructible. The Velcro latches make it impossible for the horse (or his best friend) to remove the mask. In fact, I like to bend the end of the Velcro over on itself just so I have something to pull on to get it off. Make sure that you don't pull the mask into the horse's eyes as you remove it.

Great product, comfy for my horse, keeps his eyes safe, but the stitching could be done a little better/stronger. I have repaired it a few times where the stitchings (velcro area) are. I have 4 now- i like to keep extra on hand for rotation/cleaning and when he loses it in pasture i have a back up.

I retired my two big warmbloods last spring, and although they have shade and shelter in their pasture, over exposure to the sun and flies worried me. On sunny days I put these on during their morning feeding, and I take them off at the evening feeding. One of them is fraying a bit at the side, but it has been a year, so I am satisfied, and ordered another. I even washed them in a delicate cycle and hung to dry and they came out clean and intact. The XL fits my BIG 17 hand warmblood, the Lg fits my 16.2 hand warmblood/TB mix.

This fly mask is easy to use, and the velcro straps overlap each other under the horse's jaw, so it's pasture mates cannot pull it off. I use this mask more as a visor for my horse. She has pink over her eyes and is prone to sunburn. It also keeps dust, and pollen from irritating her eyes. With just 2 days of use I have noticed and extreme difference. No sunburn and her eyes have cleared up since dust and pollen have been unable to penetrate the mask. She can see just fine out of it, as she responds to hand signals like she was not wearing anything. Oh, and it works great keeping bugs and flies off their eyes too (obviously). I have no problem putting her rope halter on over this mask either. Money well spent
