I could not be happier with this item. The pans appeared thicker than other options and they worked beautifully, crusts drop right out when inverted, looking great. Easy enough that they motivate me to make more tartlets in sweet and savory versions.

These were smaller than most tart shell molds, which is exactly what I wanted. I was impressed with how solid these little things are! I hit them with a little cooking spray, and the baked shells slid right out every time! I experimented with several different recipes, and all worked perfectly. I plan on ordering another set promptly!

Smaller that I thought because I needed tart molds....but I had to rethink and will now use for chocolate cup molds! Easy release too!

These mini tartlet pans are heavy, solid and made well. Not flimsy or bendable. I Love making mini cheese cake , blueberry, apple and my favorite chocolate cream pie tarts.
