My pug is 11 pounds and I ordered a small. I had to adjust the straps but she meet definitely have room to grow in it. I was most concerned about the neck part being that my pug is recovering from hair loss from severe chaffing with her last harness but this is great mesh material that’s very breathable and again. You can adjust the straps. The Velcro with the words is very clear so there has been no mistaking she is a service dog. She is finally getting respect in public and people have finally started respecting her personal space. Great buy for a picky pug mum!!

Great fit for very small lean dogs. Really glad I found this harness because it was a tad bit challenging trying to find one that fits my 5 lb Min Pin. I ordered the extra small. Very nice quality and material while not being super expensive! Also great patches that come with it along with a matching red leash! Highly recommend!

this is such a great purchase, but beware the the sizing is weird. i have a small dog-not teacup small, and not medium sized, so it was difficult, but i watched the videos and matched what ii thought my dog would fit based on the dogs sizes in the videos. my dog is a perfect medium. the neck is perfect, the belly is extended almost all the way out and its a perfect fit. it looks nice and i want to say "professional" hahahaha

This service dog vest is a great heavy duty vest. I give it 4 stars because I feel like the sizing is off in my opinion. My 6 pound Pomeranian, I would've thought would be an xxs but I ended up having to order a size up. Besides that, it's very functional and I love the Velcro labels, let's people know not to touch. The reflective isn't very bright but overall I'm happy with this.

Thank you so much! I have a teacup chihuahua who is 3.5 pounds and super hard to find the right service dog harness for! He fits it perfectly, i didn’t have to make many adjustments. The red color is bright and reflective! It’s amazing! It’s thick and durable, it’s breathable, my dog looks comfortable in it. The patched are too big though. But then again, they do fit on the vest. Thank you so, so much. I worried so much that i wouldn’t find a great fit, and i found one in this one! It’s perfect!
