Nicely made case that is a perfect fit for the XCM-50 Mic. Correct internal molding make it right. The zipper is sturdy. A good value if you have the mic and want good protection for storage or transport.

My point is a lot of cases of this quality and basic design are marketed to owners of specific gear. However I’ve often found that, while the case fits the piece of gear snugly, there’s little to no room for standard accessories such as a power supply, USB cable, and yeah, even that quick start guide with the shortcuts I can never seem to remember. And often the next size up is often far more case than I need.So I studied case dimensions in listings and determined this just might be a fit for my Zoom H4n recorder and what I consider essential accessories – and I’m happy to say I was right.One side of the case has a soft, shaped felt surface over what feels like egg carton-weight pressed board. There’s plenty of give in it to easily press by hand into a cavity that fits my H4n perfectly.The other side has a web pouch with plenty of room for a power supply, USB cable, and extra SD card.The single large rubber-like zipper pull is comfortable, and the long rubber handle makes hand-carrying the case a breeze. The case walls are solid-enough to safely withstand dropping on hard surfaces. I wouldn’t call them crush-proof, but it would take substantial pressure to damage them.And the FOBELI label and log is downright stylish!
