Nice upgrade for the RC Crawler, I have 1/18th scale. It's bigger than the stock so I had to make some modifications to get it to fit correctly and due to me needing to do extra work to install it giving it 4 stars.

Very good upgrade for the fcx18 good strong motor easily assembled no instructions better than stock that motor burned out in about 2 hours of use. Very good value for the price when I received it.

This is a great upgrade for your 1/18 scale crawler. The 370 motor is way more powerful and has a ton more torque than the 0.5 and 130 motors most 1/18 crawlers come with. It is very easy to remove the old one and replace with this upgrade as well. Being a complete unit with the motor/transmission/transmission plate makes it very easy to install.First remove the screws that hold the control arms (8 of them total, 4 of which also hold the transmission plate to the frame)Then remove the power plug from the receiverThen remove the grubs screw in the drive lines and take the drive lines off the old transmissionHook up the new setup to your control arms/frame and drive lines, then plug it into the receiver and you are good. The upgraded metal gears in the transmission will help to transfer power from the powerful 370 motor to your tires.

Screw broke off in the transmission and I have no idea how to get it out. Can’t find contact information for the company to see if I can order just the transmission or parts of it to fix it and without seeing it work properly I definitely won’t be spending $40+ dollars for another one. The screw was my fault, not being able to connect with the company for service is definitely theirs. I would like to recommend this but I just can’t for now.
