Product in box was nothing like the picture. No coat hooks, no mesh shelves for shoes, no useful storage. Just a box of poles and horrible instructions to build a flimsy metal frame. Picture is from the instructions and what it says should be the final product.

I had to return and asks for another one. Because the 1st box was full of just piles. But once I received the new box everything was in there and it really was simple to put together.( no man required) lol does the job I like it

Underrated product. Exactly what needed for a temporary location where you don't need something fancy but functional and affordable. Assembly is super easy, I ordered it after reading the bad reviews and complains about the lack of instructions knowing that it won't be a big deal. There are instructions but you won't even need them.

The instructions were a little confusing but figured it out. The lining to hold the shoes is weak. I’ve already had one rip and another completely broke.
