One of the chairs in the hole portion had an extra metal piece and does not allow the screw to go in. Customer service said 3 weeks ago, that they will ship me the replacement part. Then called them again about the status, they said they do not have in inventory and cannot provide it. They said return it or take $30. I spent $200 on getting a handyman to assemble it in first place, and they wanted me to spend $200 again to disassemble it. NO ways!Also offering $30 makes no sense. It is like buying a dining table set, and saying the table is missing or cannot be assembled and take minimal money for it. Nobody should buy from this vendor. Poor quality goods and even poorer customer service.

For the price is amazing. took 5 hours to put together and I had a hex head screwdriver.Instructions easy enough to follow and a second person helping with two seater was helpful

One hex wrench for easy tools install. Very well made and great packing from the manufacturer. I do suggest a loose install of the hardware as some sections are angled. After a hand tighten I did use an electric drill at 1/2 power to tighten the parts for final completion. Cushions are reversible and have zippers for cleaning if needed in future. This was half the price of anything I saw locally and is a very good value. I arrived across country in only 3 days !

Purchased it for my parents new sunroom. Came in two boxes, hard to put together b/c of where the screws are and limitation of allan key (if you have your own set, best to use that - once we had the right keys, it was a quick put together). Cushions are on the low side of quality, however, based I guess we got what we paid for.

Not very easy to install, took over 2 hrs. But we’ll work it. Looking forward to see how it weathers the first snow. Bought also on Amazon, loveseat cover to protect.

The set arrived way ahead of schedule, although in two separate deliveries a day apart. They come in two boxes and once I had both of them they had all the pieces and the hardware to build them. Some of the holes where the screws go were covered with rattan but I was able to slide them over enough to get the screws in. The instructions were mainly pictures, but they are easy to understand. I would recommend not tightening any screws fully until you have all the pieces together with all the screws started, then you just tighten them at the same time and it will be easy. The cushions are thin and not very soft, but they look good and if I need to upgrade them, I will. All in all, I'm very happy with the price, delivery, and quality. I may order a second set just to complete the deck seating.

I'm honestly surprised by how many negative reviews there are for this furniture. I wanted to upgrade what I had and priced out new sets but was shocked by how expensive they were. This set fit my budget but I will admit I was apprehensive because it was less than a quarter of the price I was seeing for similar sets on other sites. I placed my order and held my breath, hoping for the best. Assembly was, in all honesty, slightly more challenging than I'd expected and it helped that I had another person with me to hold things in place while screws were being tightened. And, yes, there were screws that didn't fit perfectly. I'm not sure how that's a surprise to anyone in this day and age. YOU'RE GETTING A 4-PIECE SET OF PATIO FURNITURE FOR LESS THAN $300.I did buy thicker cushions to beef up the comfort level a bit but that's because we spend so much time on it. The original cushions would be fine for something that's just going to be used casually and infrequently. The furniture itself has lasted all summer and I expect to get a few more seasons out of it. You can't beat it for the price. Anyone complaining about it should adjust their expectations or plan to spend more money.

Love this set! Great value. Took us a while to assemble, but it was worth it for the price. I added extra throw pillows to brighten up the set. It’s really cute & a cozy place to hang out out. Seems durable, too.Update 2 1/2 years later: we still have this patio set and use it quite frequently. Most recently, we are hanging out watching movies in the backyard (Covid-safe entertainment). The set has held up well, although the cushions are beginning to look faded. But the cushions are still nice and firm and there are no rips or tears. The structure of the chairs in the cushions themselves are still 100% intact. Hoping to get more years of use from this patio set. Definitely worth the cost!
