Ok so I would give 5 Stars but it isn't quite what I was expecting. It fits, it cinches in the tummy as advertised.... So it's doing its job but it is really stiff. Great for correcting posture I suppose because there's no flexibility for movement once you're strapped in lol. I am sure I can wear it to do cardio and quite possibly to work but if you lay back on a bench at the gym you have to roll to the side to get up. Not good for ab workouts for sure. I was buying this one to wear to the gym because I thought my ability to move around would be better than my other corset style waist trainer but this limits my mobility way more... On the upside it's easier to get on and off and if someone tries to punch me in the stomach they're only going to hurt their own hand lol. Overall I like the cinch it provides and it's pretty. Very durable material too.

This waist trainer is hands-down the BEST I’ve ever tried! Very comfortable, supportive, and durable materials. I’m going to buy an extra just to have on hand. Buy it! You won’t regret this purchase.

The best supports for the torso, very comfortable … and the quality is very good, I would say superior, but my sister surprise me w. The same one for my birthday🤦🏻♀️ Overall I highly recommend this product. Thank you👌

Love my waist trainer, I love how unlike my other trainers with this one I can really play with how tight I want it. It's dosnt roll to bad and it's comfortable enough to sleep in, perfect for postpartum mama's!

I had my doubts after going through many different waist trainers. Smells bad, goes out of form too quickly, too long, too short, too bulky, too thin, etc....I thought the velcroe would 100% show through my work uniform but I was pleasantly surprised (and mildly out of breath, in a good way). This thing SERIOUSLY snatches you in all the right places. I wish it was a tad bit longer, but I'm able to adjust the lower straps down enough to were I feel comfortable. Back rolls aren't bad at all unlike some waist trainers I've had. Keeps you locked tf IN and made me feel really cute and slimmed. Definitely helped with posture too! Love it.

5 stars for quality. 3 stars for product listing. Nice material, super strong Velcro, very supportive. Worth the price. No weird smells. I’d be shocked if you weren’t drenched in sweat after a workout. Now to the reason for my 3 stars: When I ordered this the sizing was grouped M-L or XL-XXL. I did my measurement and looked at the size chart and fell between a M and a L. However, when I got the waist trainer it was marked specifically as a M and was too tight. So if sizing is grouped you might want to size up. Now I have to return and order a new one and hope the right size comes. The seller needs to fix the listing.

Don’t let the title fool you. This FeelinGirl Waist Trainer belt may indeed snatch your waist, but it is the strongest, best designed lumbar and spine support I’ve ever had . . . at a third the price of others.Out of the package, it had no smell at all, which in the world of support belts is a big plus. Many similar belts smell like new tires and have to be aired out for days, but this one was rather neutral. Yay! I put it on immediately because my old one is used up—curled in on itself and losing gription. The relief I felt having this vertical and horizontal stability decreased my perpetual pain and gave me a feeling of strength that was extremely welcome.For 30 years I’ve done physical therapy and medical massage, and I’ll definitely be recommending this belt. Yes, clients must attend their own health with good posture and strengthening exercises—so I don’t recommend any belt be used with the idea that a device might replace good conditioning. However—stability for walking and lifting is helpful.DETAILS: This offers the best Velcro I’ve ever encountered on any belt; it’s flat and wide and thick, and that speaks of longevity. Most belts fail first at the Velcro. This belt is also well designed, allowing for different shapes and sizes of bodies to be properly wrapped up. And this belt is also soft and comfortable in the right way. Plus, in my case, it ran true to size.Thank you to everyone who made this belt a reality.I’ve only worn it for half a day, but I’m very impressed. I wish I’d found this belt before (literally) spending hundreds of dollars on stinky, uncomfortable, and low quality devices.
