Holes didn’t line up and hung out on all sides about 1/2 inch. The more I research I believe this is for a 5R44E.

I bought this when swapping out a transfer case for my 94 Ford Explorer. It doesn’t fit that setup. Otherwise, it’s a good quality gasket with fast shipping.

Maybe I misread the description but it definitely does not fit between the transmission (automatic) and the T-case, must be an internal gasket. Wasn't worth bothering with, spaced it.
