Gasket being used on catalytic converter outlet-to-mid-pipe flange mating surface. Gasket fits mid-pipe flange gasket recess perfectly. 2.38" OD on pipe that extends above flange recess, hence 2.38" ID on gasket recess, 3.25" OD on gasket recess. Gasket fits in recess with plenty of room to spare after anticipated gasket compression. .200" gasket uncompressed thickness. Looks to be the same, construction-wise, as factory gasket. Hopefully it will seal properly and hold the seal.

On Amazon their search brings up the felpro brand as you see in the picture but it does not fit my '99 Tacoma 2.4 California model and they didn't give me a different option for anything else I bought a different brand that was cheaper and it's the correct one if you have a California model it should be 55 mm on the inside and 70 mm on the outside this one is way bigger both ways

This gasket worked great on my 2002 Toyota 4Runner. Salt had rusted away the bolts holding the exhaust flanges together and my old gasket was lost somewhere on the beach. This new gasket fit correctly and compressed well with the addition of some new stainless steel bolts. No leaks at all. Way cheaper that the OEM gasket from the dealership. Fel-Pro for the win!

Fel-Pro gasket made in Japan.Also used the same gasket on a Jeep Liberty between the end of the Y-Pipe and the short inlet pipe going into the Muffler.
