Got this for my 2004 IS300 manual transmission, working fine so far. Only used the seal, not gasket (though i did receive it).

you only get the round seal out of the items pictured. You do not get the U shaped gasket. The round gasket works good, i used rtv high temp silicone to seal the other part in lieu of the u seal
