We compared to factory part and this one wasn’t built quiet as well but it does work and it was half the price so it was a good value. Easy to install after having the engine and trans removed from the vehicle.

500 miles later and my rear main seal is leaking! It hadn’t been leaking prior but I figured since I was replacing the clutch I’d do this as well. Thanks for creating a new headache!!!!!

This is an OEM part. It works just as it should—-many of these seals last for 200k miles or more—mine did!Be sure to install the seal with seal rubber edge facing OUT. The seal comes with the edge facing out—-simply slide it into position over the crankshaft. Beware—there are some YouTubes that appear to incorrectly show the seal edge in towards the crankshaft.Good luck—it’s a challenging job to replace this part!

This is actually a good deal but it’s a copy of the factory failure prone unit. I suggest purchasing the aluminum IABED unit instead. It’s much more failure proof. If you have a mechanic doing a clutch job by all means replace this thing while in there. If it starts leaking the transmission has to come off again to replace it. That’s expensive.
