Fit well enough and seemed to puff out enough to seal. At over 100k miles, the old gasket was still pretty pliable, but I replaced anyway. This one fit well and seemed to have a good seal. Did not stick in the air intake as much as I had hoped and had to press it back in place before tightening the bolts. I heard there is an orange gasket I think Toyota redesigned part that might be more supple than the black type. Might try it next time in 5 years or so.

Gasket fits perfect. It's black; not the new orange. Original gasket lasted 200k miles. Hope to get as many miles from this new gasket. Followed the instructional videos on youtube and it wasn't hard to change.
