FITS THE OBS 454 TO SPECIFICATION BUT IF YOUR PAN IS NOT OFF THE ENGINE DO NOT BUY AS YOU MUST FIRST RAISE OR REMOVE THE WHOLE ENGINE TO REMOVE THE OIL PAN. THEREFORE I COULD NOT USE ON MY TRUCK.

Didn't come with the clips to hold it in place during assembly. Thats why I pay more for these. Now made in China also.
