I wear (basically all the time) those sandals that start with the letter ‘B’. There were some on Amazon that were about 1/4 the price of the name brand but the arch support was a bit lacking. These arch supports are just the right height needed and the felt composition allowed me to trim them to fit the sandals perfectly. An added plus - the beige color blends in with the footbed making them just about invisible!

I ordered these arch pads because of what I thought I was seeing in the picture. I had purchased some arch pads before that were adjustable by levels. You would peel off layers, starting with the top one, until you got the thickness that fit your foot. I thought that's what I was seeing in the picture, but when I got them in the mail they were all just one thickness. I should have done a little more investigating; they would work for someone who has a really high arch or needed to create a high arch in their foot, but I can't use them. They are too thick for my needs.

I love having these to stick in my shoes. (I have not tried sticking them to my feet) They are inexpensive enough that I can leave them in my shoes and not have to worry about it! It has been very convenient! They worked great on my sandals and slippers.

I require high, strong support and these didn't help.However, my daughter will enjoy them since she is flat footed and doesn't like harsh arch support.3 Stars from Me; 5 Stars from Her = averaged to 4 Stars.

These things are great. I thought at first that the felt pads would not give me the arch support I would need, but they work great. They are easy to install in my shoes and I can adjust them. Much easier to use than some of the complicated products I have tried - cut and glue.I would recommend them.

These provided some relief. I think they would work well with people who have minor to moderate foot discomfort stemming from lack of arch support. In my case my arch requires a deeper and firmer arch support.
