The flat head side can be easy to mar, if overtightened or slipped - leaving sharp edges that are dangerous to rest your palm over, unless sanded over.The threading is also too soft, and can deform easily.I know they're cheap, but the Fender brand means absolutely nothing here.

The first set I order had a missing flat head slot on one of the posts. It was still usable but you had to take the bridge off to make any adjustments. Pretty annoying. Bought a second pair later on and they arrived as expected and work well.

I bought this screw set as I over tightened and broke a screw on my 2020 Fender Player Strat. Although not one single review stated that these work with the Player Series guitars, I went ahead and bought it as the set is cheap. The replacement screw fit right in and my Strat is like new again.

I ordered a bridge and trem assembly for a build and was surprised that the assembly didn’t come with these anchor screws. But they fit very well and work great. Nice quality

These look and feel high quality but unfortunately it won’t fit my 2021 Squier Affinity. Too big. As such, I plan to return these. I also included pictures for reference.

Fender packaged part here... They come a little patina looking, because steel does that... But fresh, correctly machined and threaded for insets with matching review title I did. The right stuff. Polish with a little Colgate or something if you just have to, it will sound great either way.
