I have a CT-36, and there are two places to install this mount (front and side). The front location works in combination with my systainers (not the side). This is my preferred location given that it doesn't interfere with opening/closing the systainers.

Festool,well made , well overpriced . If you don’t use systrainers no problems , if you are might be tricky , I have CT26E year model 2022 , hose garage have 2 slots for this rod , if you use front right slot won’t fit with systainer , front left slot it’s positioned better , rod fits even with systrainers .So inspect your garage hose before buying .

This is exactly as it is suppose to. Well made holder with very thick metal bar. I don't have CT vacuum for mounting, but I plan to put holes in my assembly table to hold this. Picked this up because I don't really like setting my tools on the table, and this will do the trick.My son really gave me a hard time about the price, for what it is, and I kind of agree with him, but it's quality and it's Festool. While it is pricey, I don't think it's outrageous. Course only my opinion.I like it, I am happy, would recommend.

Great addition to a great dust extractor. I got it mainly as somewhere to hang my hose from, which works great with a coil or two, but found it really is a great place to put my sander when I’m using it. Unlike a previous review I read it fits perfectly with my systainer in place.

Can't believe this will not fit with a systainer connected on top. The hole pocket just needed to be 1/4" further out of the way

This simple metal bracket holds my sander and hose and keeps my work area tidy and safe. A must have.

Bought this to hold the 5 meter (16 foot) long non-static vacuum hose instead of it's original purpose (to hold a Festool sander). Works great for looping excess hose while it's still attached to the vacuum (a Festool CT-26 in my case). Also, it doesn't interfere with the Oneida Ultimate Dust Deputy as the photos show. This is a great accessory and no doubt has other uses I haven't thought of yet, but it perfectly solved my issue of how to keep the long hose stored on the vacuum without impacting the vacuum's mobility. Now the hose stores easily and efficiently in a small footprint.Would give it 5 stars if the metal rod fit tighter in the vacuum's mounting holes, but for some reason Festool made the side hook much smaller than the main rod so the holder has some play in it. Not enough to cause problems, just seems like if it were all the same diameter rod it would be sturdier and not move once installed.I added a bright yellow cap over the end of the rod that sticks up so I wouldn't poke my eye out accidentally.Definitely recommended for cord or hose storage.
