The description directly contradicts the photos. Big problem, considering the description lists twice the frame rate you will actually get.

I have been converting all my cables to fiber optic for when I need a new cable. I connected this cable to my Dell monitor which is a 2k, 144 Hz display. I had no issue pushing this bandwidth and I'm very happy especially since the cable is 50 feet long. The spec on this cable is 8K at 60Hz, but I have no way of testing that with my current hardware.5 out of 5 stars.

Overall I am pleased with this as I needed to run a UHD signal across the house. I question the 2.1 claim, there is no indication this is a 2.1 cable but does appear to be 2.0. The cable is very thin and appears to be a bit brittle so extra care was taken not to introduce any stress points or bends to it. A standard DP cable should be good for up to 49 feet, so if you're not needing more than that I don't think I'd recommend an active cable. If you are going longer this is OK but maybe shop around for something properly certified and being a 2.1 cable.

I wanted to use my gaming pc with a monitor attached to my wall beside my recliner. I do not have space for my pc to sit below my monitor on the floor and there's a storage cabinet in my way for mounting it on the wall. So, I bought this to have my computer away from my monitor without any loss in gaming performance. My monitor is 1080p 165hz which this cable can display flawlessly. One thing to note is that since this is an active fiber cable, it has to be plugged in the correct way to work.

I needed this to deliver HDMI 2.1 signal through a wall to my LG C3 TV, which needs HDMI 2.1 to get 4k at 120fps. The cable itself is very well built, but also isn't physically large, so it wasn't too bad getting it in small areas behind the drywall to run the cables. As these are active HDMI cables, one end is for the source and one is for the display, make sure you know which is which and double check that they are connected on the right ends or it won't work, as these cables only work in one direction.

I can't confirm that this is a 2.1 display port cable. It has a great latching mechanism and a great build to it The only problem is that it is not Vesa Certified. Vesa certification means that has to be wired a certain way and meet a certain protocol. As much as I love to build quality the flexibility of the cable and the durability of either end especially the latching mechanism It does not have the proper certification. So unfortunately I'm going to have to take off little bit off my rating if it did have that proper certification it would definitely be a 5 out of 5.

I love having my computer really far from where I'm looking at the monitor so that I don't have to hear the computer fans. This cable is so long. It if flexible and really thin. I tested it with my 4k monitor and it worked great, but it is only a DP 1.2 cable as it's only 4K and 60HZ, so I can't report back on anything higher than that. With 4K 60hz, it worked great with 10bit RGB color from an Nvidia 3080. I'd highly recommend this cable.
