Paint was chunky n was not mixed thoroughly. Lots of very large dry chunks in the paint.

Very disappointed. HUGE amount of dried out material in it. No amount of shaking, stirring, or mixing broke it down. Did NOT get anywhere near a "smooth washable finish." I had to use it, so now I have a "popcorn finish" in my furnace room. Would never buy this again.

I used this to cover up 2% Chrystolite Asbestos Mastic. Removal seemed messy and not worth the cost. I mopped after safely removing the vinyl tile and vacuumed one last time. I rolled over 2 coats of this paint allowing windows to stay open to vent any fumes. Each coat, I waited 8-12 hours per instructions to dry before applying another. It dries to rubbery finish and and it's totally smooth. Would highly recommend this! I used a half gallon for 2 coats of a 144sq ft room. The paint goes really far.

Just a gallon was all I really needed but only found it in 2 gallon pail. However, I have always lived by 'better to have and not need than to need and not have.' Would have tucked to not have had enough to complete the job. Works the way it's supposed to.

A little pricey but you have to remediate asbestos in your home. This paint plus the wet wrap handled my pipes perfectly.
