I've been using the Fiddle Time series and its many supplementary volumes for over 20 years now with my pupils. Nothing new has come out over that time that would persuade me to change. Kathy and David Blackwell are super approachable, giving regular masterclasses for teachers and responding to emails personally. They've listened, and kept the series up to date as the needs of young learners and their teachers have changed. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Kathy and David for these wonderful books, which will certainly be a cheerful daily accompaniment to the last few years of my long career.

As a mature adult beginner I can thoroughly recommend this series as having tunes you'll enjoy playing. Old favourites and ones written by the authors to cleverly incorporate practising techniques in enjoyable, catchy tunes. Just have to accept that there are a few colourful pictures that give your status away on the music stand!! But, if you're as old as me, just be proud you're finally living the dream!!

Acheté sur les conseils de notre professeur de violon après les deux premiers tomes.Notre petit virtuose adore et les voisins un peu moins...Il joue tout seul avec un métronome et le CD pour l'accompagner.Les airs sont variés mais il a ses préférés.Cela lui permets de se concentrer sur autre chose que les écrans et les consoles et grâce à cet achat il est autonome et joue quand il a besoin de se relaxer

My son love this violin book and CD is included. The delivery arrived earlier from the expected date. It was excellent service. I will recommend this to anyone who loves musics.
