hardware IS missing and manufacturer was called and e-mailed twice. the info they wanted was provided immediately but they have not sent the missing hardware so this thing is sitting and useless. They have not responded to anything.

This item was missing part box sealed tight no holes. I warned my husband about getting this harrow due to bad reviews. However he still did.Lucky he’s a mechanic he was able to fabricate and fix what was needed. But on a positive note it is very sturdy and solid.

Missing parts right out of the box. Packaging was shredded when it was delivered. Horrible instructions. Avoid like the plague
