Your cart is empty.Based on the success of our original stick meter line, the HS33 was designed to measure even more HVAC/R parameters including temperature with quick compensation via a k-type thermocouple plug, a diode test and a built-in non-contact voltage (NCV) tester. The updated ergonomic shape fits firmly and naturally in your hand while testing. A magnetic hanger, along with the detachable test leads and alligator clip probe tips, allow you to remote test and perform other tests hands-free. This is the stick meter schools prefer for their HVAC/R students. It's got all the basics and more. The rugged rubberized bumpers help this meter stand up to tough conditions in the field. Ranges include VAC, VDC, AAC, ADC, temperature, capacitance (MFD) and a host of other built-in safety features.

I use this meter while working on heating and air -Cond. Is there a set of test leads to connect the amp clamp to the meter in order to be able to clamp on a wire in a tight location and be able to read the meter a little bit remote, ( 24 inches - 36 inches)

Decent metre, however does not have DC milliamps testing for flame sensor readings.

Love the product the quality and the brand Fieldpiece. This meter is great loud when ohm out love the speed and function all around this meter definitely worth the money I promise that you will not go wrong. **** strongly advise bringing in anything electronica it takes batteries inside in harsh weather it can possibly throw calibration off or make the meter itself go all whacky. Only dislike is that it’s super long design with or with out clamp my UEI METER was smaller and cane with clamp on one side and leads on the other makes for less construction of putting together and taking apart if you are in a rush situation or have to do commercial inspections you would not want to use this to show inspectors being as you woul have to take leads off and on to get amp clamp

Works great. I am a HVAC technician and my old meter broke. This one has everything I need and is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this meter. It does not have an led light for the display and I find the shoulder strap for the case to be a little short. As far as performance, the meter is accurate and works as it should.

I like it but had to return it because I had thought I ordered the HS35 which handles microamps for diodes, flame sensors and whatnot. Somehow the order got swapped up, which sucks because I'm doing without for the next week of service. Frustrations aside, this is an expensive and extremely capable multimeter that will not let you down. Do not hesitate to spend your hard earned money on a Fieldpiece. I would recommend that you look at the HS35 and even the backlit HS36 before you decide to run with the HS33. Happy ranging, gents.
