Great sound quality, build is nice enough for a lightweight plastic device. The replaceable battery is a plus. My old BT5 is getting to the point that it needs a replacement, and it is much harder to do. The only complaint I have is the battery life. I get about 4-5 hours of use on a full charge. That is with in ear monitors, with bigger higher impedance headphones it is noticable lower. I recommend picking up a spare battery and a USB-C charger if you want to use it all day.

Love the retro design and it has worked great so far. Used it with several different headphones. Sound is great and excellent for phones without headphone outputs.

I am quite fond of the design. The sound quality is great and it has great Bluetooth codec support. The replaceable battery is a Li-ion 10440 cell, for which you can get replacements for easily. I don't think any other Bluetooth DAC has an easily replaceable battery, which probably makes this its most unique feature. With a battery replacement, this DAC should have a significantly longer useful lifetime compared to others. The only problem I've found is the bit depth support on USB audio. The built-in CS43131 DAC supports 32-bit audio, and when using LDAC, I can select 32-bit fine. However, on USB, it only advertises 16-bit formats. I'm not sure if this is a hardware limitation or a firmware bug.

Really impressed by this 60 dollar BT amp, it sounds great, looks great and has a nice little retro display. Plus it has a replaceable battery! Despite being plastic the build quality is really good, brings back that retro feeling. Also out of the 4.4 balanced it has alot of power and sounds very good, the old neutral with a touch of warmth, surprising sound stage and resolution, imaging. 3.5 sounds great too, but you get more power and sound stage out of the 4.4.This is an easy recommend for everybody who want some high audio fidelity at a low cost. Only cons are- no digital filters and it doesn't do dsd, just pcm. Otherwise fiio killed it!!

This thing is almost perfect. The design, performance, and price are all outstanding. What I love most is the replaceable battery, which ensures this device won't be destined for the trash heap once the inevitably battery wears out, like in all other bluetooth adapters. And it has an actual power switch, instead of the usual press and hold button for 5 seconds to turn on or off. My only complaint is the EQ feature and software support- it is basically unusable for me as a Mac and iPhone user.

I'm using these on a 4.4 balanced cable wtih my simgot supermix 4's and i feel like I've achieved enlightenment. The clarity is superb. The LDAC option for bluetooth works great as well. ALSO my phone wasn't able to detect the device as a bluetooth device until after I detected it with the Fiio app so keep that in mind if you have problems.I can't recommend this enough for anyone who wants an amazing and portable audio dac/amp!
