I love the saying! I have bought this same charm, same saying before. When it arrived it was beautiful. This time when this charm came it looked tarnished and had scratches. I didn't have time to return it, I ended up putting it on the charm bracelet I also bought and I will Make it up to my daughter. I guess what I'm trying to say is who ever put this in the package to mail should have noticed this, it was very obvious.
