Simply put, this is an excellent strainer.It is nice and large with the widest part being 30cms so not even I can miss the target! It is made of stainless steel and feels very durable, yet still has a nice lightness to it.The handles make gripping it easy (plus enable me to hang it on hooks) and the mesh filter does a great job of filtering as it should. Although it is advertised mainly for paint, I used it for straining a big batch of rice so it has many uses.For the current RRP this is an easy recommendation, as I can’t think of anything that I don’t believe isn’t excellent from the value to the quality.

I recently used this with my paint bucket, and it's been a total game changer for my projects. It fits snugly over the rim, catching every bit of debris; clumps, dust, you name it; leaving me with silky smooth paint every time. The mesh is sturdy and didn't tear, which I was worried about with thicker latex paint. Cleanup was simple; just a quick rinse under the tap. My only quibble is it takes a second to position just right, but once it's on, it's flawless; perfect for anyone serious about a clean finish.
