Item was received quick. Had an issue right out of the box. Situation was resolved in a snap. I had to make some minor changes to my 4x4, in order for it to fit. But, the install went smooth. I highly recommend this add-on.

Actually works well. Iv gotten sway bars for RCs in the past and they've never worked correctly. But these do! Very easy to install.

Fits my 4×4 Slash perfectly and installed in less than ten minutes. These sway bars really minimize body roll when cornering allowing you to take corners at much higher speeds. Worth the money!

Don't know exactly how well they helped me, as I forget to turn my steering trim down after using my slash to drift in dirt. When I go back to pavement I still flip because of the steering trim, but I noticed it can take a turn at faster speed than it used to without flipping at the correct trim for pavment.Also too lazy to switch out the off rad sways to the streets when I change, so I'm sure thats a factor I'm not weighing in.Pretty much what I'm trying to say is, these sways were definitely worth the buy. Theirs much more control for me over the car now then previous. I just don't know how well as I'm not a professional rc hobbyist who can right away tell how much improvement an upgrade has.But a lot less flipping make the whole rc experience that much more fun. Who wants to flip their car every few minutes or drive it slow and boring?If not you, buy these.

Put this on my Traxxas Stampede 4x4 VXL as it was flipping way too often on turns using the 2s lipo. Found that I like using the steel colored one on front and the stiffer black brace on the back. Now I the truck wheels stay on the ground much better and I can turn way faster without fear of flipping.One point of note is that if you have shock guards on your truck or car then you will need Traxxas part number 5529 and replace the ball joint that is already used on the sway bar kit. This lets you keep the shock guards on along with the added sway bar kit. Happy Bashing!

Just quick helpful tip for those Level 1 RC folks like me who don't have a bench full of extra parts and tremendous experience with these things: I saw that this sway bar kit is the correct part number recommended by Traxxas for the Stampede 4x4 VXL (6708). As those with one already know, they come with the control arm guards installed. This kit, as it is, will NOT allow the use of both mounting points for the stock guard. As such, what is required are HOLLOW pivot balls to be swapped in to allow the use of the mounting bolt. It would be a 5 star otherwise. One car will require 4 in total. Keep that in mind...

While I was putting these sway bars on my slash I was thinking there's no way these will help the truck. Well I was so wrong this product is amazing I run on pavement and have a 3s lipo battery in my truck and it would flip all the time. Now the sway bars suck everything up and allow the truck for more potential. Love this product would buy again.

Without the sway bars, the truck had terrible body roll that caused handling to be shifty and unstable. It was hard to power through corners when you'd just spin the power off through the inside tire from the leaning causing there to be almost no weight on the inside rear wheel.After putting the sway bars on (slightly difficult but not too bad), it's a whole different beast. It stays very flat and neutral through corners and you can power on a lot harder and get more acceleration on corner exit speeds. A lot less tipping and rolling it too and it keeps the body level.It even comes with two sets of sway bars, so you can use different combinations to promote or prevent over/understeering. (I used both black bars, the thicker ones, and they work great)For the price, you get your money's worth.
