The sealling wasnt there so it was leaking.. Had to buy another pouring piece.

I've made 2 attempts at purchasing this product, and though it looks good, the valve leaks. it's a useless item if it doesn't hold liqiud as its designed to do. Both items came with the same problem!!

I absolutely love this decanter. I got it for my husband for our anniversary and he loves it too. I had an issue with the spigot at first but when I contacted the seller they were able to assist me and was very friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who has or know a firefighter. This is an amazing product.

Luckily I have a husband who’s an engineer - you need to twist the nut to TIGHTEN the spigot or left to LOOSEN it. It will leak otherwise. I repeat- it WONT fit at first BUT AFTER YOU TIGHTEN IT, it’s water tight.
