Bought this for our camper it’s great ! Starts really easy. Has all the functions needed and protection from overloads. It is quiet and not an eye sore to camp area. The pull handle to move the unit works great although I would like a little firmer plastic used.

The cover from Firman came with a flaw: it was ripped or not properly stitched. I requested a return, sent it back, and very promptly I received a replacement. I am sure they shipped it before receiving my return.Good response.The new cover fits my 7500 watt Firman perfectly.
